We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days. Excellent goods, everything is clear on use. Thermometer in cheholchik, which is very convenient

In Moscow ordered October 1, October 10 delivered the courier, the goods were not possible to track, in the annex, the estimated delivery date was October 5-8 but alas did not fit. The box apparently someone before me opened, the box in which the thermometer is stored is very offensive and not pleasant. Sometimes the thing is cheaper paid comes in intact, it is not quite clear what should lie in the box next to the thermometer.
