до Новосибирска шло 20 дней я был сильно удивлен очень быстрой доставкой. Пришло в мягкой упаковке. внутри завернула в пузырчатую пленку. Все целое. царапин нет. всего вес 0.830кг. есть контейнер для мусора снизу на липучке крепиться тряпка. Мелкий мусор (семечки, шелухи, волосы и т.д.) собирает отлично. А вот с пылью не справляеться. При уборке с паласа снизу мешает резинка – сборщик. по этому лудче её снять. А при уборке с линолеума или паркета резинка нужна. Ну как-то так. в целом прибором остался доволен
